Getting your email handled

You do not automate your whole inbox at once. You find the ONE email job your AI can take over first, build it, and test it on a real email. This prompt does the finding.

One prompt. It picks your first email workflow and tells us exactly how to build it.

1Find the first workflow

Paste this into a new chat.

Open a new chat with your Gmail connected. Paste the prompt below and send it. It reads your last 30 days of email, groups it by the action you take, and picks the one workflow that is simplest to hand off and saves you the most time.

2Teach it your rules

Answer its questions.

When it picks the workflow, it will ask you 3 to 5 short questions. This is you teaching it your rules: where each document goes, how to name it, and what it should always check with you before doing.

This is the whole secret. The AI cannot handle your email until you tell it how you want each thing handled. Answer once, and it remembers.
3Build it and test it live

Run it on one real email.

  1. Once you have answered its questions, tell it to build the workflow.
  2. Point it at one real email in your inbox and have it run the workflow.
  3. Check the result. If anything is off, tell it what to fix and run it again.

Keep it to one workflow. When this one is working and you trust it, we add the next one the same way.

How you know it worked

One real email gets handled the way you would have done it, without you doing it. That is the first job off your plate. The rest of your inbox is the roadmap.
