The AI Job Map Sprint.

The fastest way to waste money on AI is to build before you know what is worth building. This engagement starts the other way. We map your whole role, decide together what AI takes off your plate and in what order, then build one real capability so you feel it working before you invest in anything bigger.

01 · The outcome

Know what to build, before you build it.

Most operators buy tools and start building before anyone has mapped what is actually worth building. That is where the money goes quiet. We start with the map, so everything you put in after it goes to a build that moves the needle.

You walk away with three things: a clear plan, one working AI doing a real job for you, and a clear price to build the rest.

02 · The approach

One real win, not another half-finished experiment.

Some tasks are easy to hand to AI and some are hard. Email is usually one of the harder ones, because it runs on your judgment and it takes detailed work to get it to a quality you would actually trust.

That does not mean we skip it. It means we are smart about order. In Session 1 we look at everything on your plate and choose the first capability together, based on two things: what saves you the most time, and what we can do well. Sometimes the best first win is something simpler than email that gives you a faster, cleaner result. Email and the bigger lifts become their own build phases, done properly, after the map.

The selection rule

We build the capability that gives the most relief for the least risk. You see something real working, instead of one big thing built halfway.

03 · How it works

Three sessions to your first AI capability, live.

Two hours each. The first two sessions are where I learn your work in real detail, because that is what makes the build something you can trust. I build the capability and your roadmap after Session 2, then hand both to you in Session 3.

Session 12 hours

Map your job

We go through your actual work together. I watch how you really operate, not how you think you operate. By the end we produce:

  • A full list of every function in your role, broken into 10 to 12 clear buckets.
  • A ranking of those functions from easiest to hardest to hand off to AI.
  • A score for each function on where it sits today, from "you do all of it by hand" to "it runs on its own and you just approve it."
  • A decision, made together, on the one capability we build first.

Sample · what a finished map looks like

Here is an illustrative map for a role like yours, scored on the 5 Levels of Leveraged Work. Yours gets built from your real work in Session 1. The dark box is where a task sits today. The dashed box is where we can take it. The gap between them is the build.

Map the capability

This is the deep dive on the one capability we chose. I capture exactly how you do that task, step by step, so the AI can do it the way you would. This is the detailed, specific work that makes the difference between something that sort of works and something you actually trust.

Sample · the anatomy of one capability

Here is what mapping one capability produces, using an example: replying to a bank's request for a construction draw document. This is the detail we capture so the agent does it the way you would.

Trigger
The bank emails asking for a document tied to a construction draw.
Inputs
The request, the property, the draw number.
Steps
1. Identify the property and draw. 2. Locate the right document in Drive. 3. Draft the reply with the document attached. 4. Send, or route to you to approve.
Knowledge
Your Google Drive, organized by property. Past draw email threads.
Decisions
Which version of the document is current. Anything that needs your judgment.
Output
A ready reply with the correct attachment, sitting in Gmail.
Quality bar
Right document, right property, the way you would have written it.
Edge cases
Missing document, unclear request, or a new property: it stops and flags you.

By the end, I have everything I need to build it.

Between Session 2 and Session 3, I build the capability and turn the full map into a phased build plan with prices.

Session 32 hours

Roadmap and capability delivered

We walk through the complete picture, and I hand you the working capability. By the end you have:

  • Your full AI Job Map: every function, where it is now, and where we can take it.
  • A phased build roadmap that sequences what gets built and in what order, with a clear price for each phase, sequenced so you build as your deals close.
  • A clear definition of what "done" looks like for each phase.
  • One AI capability live in your business, tested on your real work, with a simple how-to so you can run it without me.
04 · What you keep

You leave with a plan, a working AI, and a price for the rest.

1 · The AI Job Map

The full matrix of your role, where each function sits today, and where we can take it.

2 · One working AI capability

Live and in use, doing a real job, with a simple how-to so you can run it.

3 · A phased build roadmap with prices

What gets built and in what order, sequenced around your cash flow.

05 · Scope

Exactly what is included, and what is not.

Included In scope

  • All three sessions, six hours of live work.
  • All of my building and planning time after the sessions.
  • The one capability, built and installed.
  • The map, the roadmap, and the build quote.
  • Session notes so nothing gets lost.

Not included

  • Building the rest of the roadmap. That is the quoted build work, started when you are ready.
  • Software or tool subscriptions. Billed to you directly if a build needs them.
  • Ongoing maintenance or support after the sprint. Available separately.
  • Data cleanup beyond what the first capability needs to run.
  • Anything not named in the map.
06 · Your part

A few hours from you. The rest is on me.

One honest note on your time

Hiring me to do this for you does not mean it takes zero time from you. For those six hours I am learning to think like you, so I can run your work without you afterward. That up-front time is what makes the hands-off part possible later.

07 · Investment

What you invest, and how it pays for itself.

ItemDetail
TimelineOne to two weeks. Three sessions, scheduled to your calendar.
Investment$2,500 total.
CreditIf we move into the build, this amount credits toward it.
Payment50% to start, 50% at Session 3.
08 · The finish line

You will know the exact moment it is done.

This sprint is done when all three of these are delivered.

1 · Your AI Job Map is delivered

The full matrix of your role, current state and target state.

2 · One capability is live and running

Built, tested on your real work, and operated by you.

3 · Your phased build roadmap with prices is delivered

What gets built, in what order, at what price.
